Limited to veterinary practices within New South Wales.
Complimentary service must be redeemed between 1 January, 2025 and 30 June, 2025 (inclusive). To redeem the service, the veterinary practice must place a confirmed booking for the service via one of Buddy's booking channels (website, booking app, phone, or email).
Complimentary service is limited to domestic animals only.
The complimentary service includes:
- Collection of deceased remains from veterinary clinic,
- Private cremation service,
- Basic container, and
- Delivery of cremated remains to veterinary clinic or family.
The complimentary service does NOT include:
- Premium containers,
- Keepsakes, or
- Memorial items.
