Our pets bring us so much joy, loyalty, and unconditional love. They are cherished members of our family—which is why saying goodbye is so incredibly hard.
You can select from a range of cremation packages, choose from our collection of keepsakes to keep them close, and access compassionate guidance whenever you need support.
At Buddy, every pet entrusted to us is treated with the utmost dignity throughout the entire process. Buddy operates in Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong and the Blue Mountains.
Compassion First
Every companion entrusted to our care is treated with kindness, dignity, and deep respect from beginning to end.
Thoughtful Guidance
We’re here to provide clarity and reassurance during overwhelming moments, helping you understand each step with gentle support.
A Meaningful Goodbye
Do it your way... Our amazing care team are here to help you say goodbye to your dear friend the way you want.
We’re a family-owned business, founded after years of working globally in the human funeral industry. Through that work, we had the privilege of meeting incredible people who offer care and support during life’s most difficult moments – and they deeply inspired us.
As pet parents ourselves, we wanted to create a service that honours our beloved pets with the same thoughtfulness and respect we extend to people.
Just as you’d turn to a trusted friend in a time of need, we’re here to offer a service that is authentic, compassionate and truly supportive – whenever you need a Buddy.

As specialists in cremation services, we recognise that emissions are inevitable. What we can do (and are committed to doing) is finding ways to reduce and offset our emissions – minimising our impact wherever possible.
Join us on our sustainability journey. We will share our progress openly, not because it’s a passing trend, but because it’s the right thing to do. We take our environmental responsibilities seriously and will continue to do all we reasonably can to lessen our impact.
